Kyravex Fintech, S.A.P.I. de C.V. ("Kyravex", "we") is responsible for the processing of your personal data under the Mexican Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), its Regulations and the INAI Guidelines. This Policy describes what data we collect, for what purpose and how you can exercise your rights.

2. Personal data we collect
We collect identification data (first and last name), contact data (email and phone number when you provide it) and browsing data (IP address, device type, pages visited and date and time of the visit) obtained through cookies and similar technologies.
3. Purposes of processing
We use your data to: (i) send you information about real estate projects and newsletter communications when you subscribe; (ii) respond to contact requests; (iii) comply with legal obligations applicable to Financial Technology Institutions; and (iv) analyse site usage in aggregate to improve it.
4. Legal basis
We process your data based on your express consent when subscribing to the newsletter, on the performance of a legal relationship when applicable and on the fulfilment of legal obligations.
5. Transfers
We do not transfer your personal data to third parties without your consent, except in the cases provided for in article 37 of the LFPDPPP. We use hosting, email delivery and analytics service providers that act as processors, subject to confidentiality and data protection agreements.
6. ARCO rights and revocation
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition (ARCO), as well as revoke your consent and limit the use or disclosure of your data, by sending a request to privacidad@kyravex.com stating your full name, contact method, a clear description of your request and a document proving your identity.
7. Retention
We keep your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected and, where applicable, the legal retention periods. When the data is no longer needed, it will be blocked and subsequently deleted.
8. Security
We apply reasonable administrative, technical and physical measures to protect your personal data against loss, misuse, unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure.
9. Changes
We may update this Policy. The current version will always be available on this page, indicating the date of the last update.
